Want out? No hard feelings. Send us one email and we'll delete your Joga account and everything tied to it.

Send an email to support@joga.network from the address on your Joga account.
Use the subject "Delete my account". The button below fills it in for you.
We'll confirm by email once your account is deleted, within 30 days.

Deleting your account is permanent. It can't be undone, and a new account starts from scratch. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Your account, email address, and password
Your profile: name, username, bio, positions, photo, and social links
Your settings
Your check-ins and the headcounts you reported
Your RSVPs and waitlist spots
Your friends list and friend requests
Messages you sent in match conversations
Your alerts
Matches you organized, with their photos. Upcoming ones are cancelled first, and everyone on them is told.

Hourly player counts for each field. These never include who was there, and they are cleared after 7 days.
Alerts you caused in other players’ inboxes, like a friend request you sent. They stay, without your name on them.
Reports you filed or that were filed about you, for 12 months after your account is deleted, so we can look into safety issues. Then they're deleted too.
Copies of your data in our database backups. These are cleared within 30 days after your account is deleted.

You don't have to delete anything to step away for a while.

Go hidden
Set your visibility to hidden. You drop out of the avatars on the map and the Active Now list.
Mute the alerts
Turn off Joga's notifications in your phone's settings. Everything still waits in your Alerts tab.
Sign out
Sign out of the app. Your account, friends, and history are all there when you come back.
